Wedding Palace
Wedding Palace — Located in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan, this modern wedding palace was built in 2011. Its architecture is inspired by Turkmen culture and offers a full range of wedding facilities. The Baht Pavilion is a 10-story structure covering an area of 38,000 m². The structure is three-tiered, shaped like an eight-pointed star. At its top is a 32-meter-diameter globe adorned with the symbol of Turkmenistan. Four entrances represent the four directions. Inside, it houses six rooms for wedding registration, wedding halls for 500 and 1,000 people, the Golden Hall called Şamçırak, a 22-room hotel, shops, photography studios, beauty salons, cafes, and a 300-space parking garage. The third and fourth floors house administrative offices and a library.
